Une petite entreprise informatique qui a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler avec l\u2019une des premi\u00e8res soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de location op\u00e9rant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque en Italie.<\/p><p>En 1990, les associ\u00e9s fondateurs Valfranco Fortuni et Franca Sacchi d\u00e9cident de transformer l\u2019entreprise en Srl (Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 Responsabilit\u00e9 Limit\u00e9e). La nouvelle soci\u00e9t\u00e9 prend le nom de Safo Sistemi Srl, soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui existe encore aujourd\u2019hui et fait partie du groupe.<\/p><p>En 2004, Safo Sistemi, apr\u00e8s avoir r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une bonne croissance, a fait face \u00e0 un moment de grave crise en raison de la perte de clients importants.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-df172b0 jltma-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"df172b0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Premi\u00e8re \u00e9volution<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6c36e07 jltma-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6c36e07\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En 2005, Safo a atteint une situation d\u2019insoutenabilit\u00e9 commerciale, et la perte de motivation des actionnaires actuels a conduit \u00e0 la tentative de placer l\u2019entreprise sur le march\u00e9.<\/p><p>C\u2019est alors que l\u2019actuel actionnaire majoritaire, Elpidio Sacchi, li\u00e9 par des liens familiaux aux fondateurs, d\u00e9cide de reprendre les actions de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p><p>A partir de 2005, un processus de r\u00e9organisation a \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9, qui a ramen\u00e9 en 2007 l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 une situation d\u2019\u00e9quilibre \u00e9conomique.<\/p><p>La m\u00eame ann\u00e9e, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019entamer un processus d\u2019internationalisation et l\u2019entreprise a commenc\u00e9 son activit\u00e9 en Roumanie.<\/p><p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Safo Group Spa (Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Anonyme Publique) a \u00e9t\u00e9 constitu\u00e9e dans le but de cr\u00e9er une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 holding pour le groupe avec l\u2019objectif de d\u00e9tenir et de g\u00e9rer les participations sociales des futures succursales italiennes et \u00e9trang\u00e8res.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-53c6629 jltma-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"53c6629\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Le d\u00e9but de l'internationalisation<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9d1a85f jltma-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9d1a85f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En 2008, un plan strat\u00e9gique \u00e0 moyen-long terme a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9, qui comprenait la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration du march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en en commercialisant le produit phare, la gestion des contraventions routi\u00e8res. Le plan stipulait que, parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 l\u2019internationalisation, de nouveaux produits pour le march\u00e9 italien seraient d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s.<\/p><p>L\u2019objectif du plan \u00e9tait d\u2019atteindre une situation o\u00f9 Safo \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sent sur les march\u00e9s des plus importants flotte europ\u00e9ens et, au m\u00eame moment, de lancer un plan d\u2019affaires, ayant pour objet la proposition des nouveaux produits d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s en Italie pour le m\u00eame march\u00e9.<\/p><p>La m\u00eame ann\u00e9e, Safo UK Ltd a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e, qui ne deviendra op\u00e9rationnelle qu\u2019en 2012.<\/p><p>La situation critique g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e sur le march\u00e9 financier mondial a entra\u00een\u00e9 un ralentissement du processus de d\u00e9veloppement en Europe, qui s\u2019est toutefois poursuivi sans rel\u00e2che, bien qu\u2019\u00e0 un rythme plus lent que pr\u00e9vu dans le plan strat\u00e9gique.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f266ca4 jltma-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f266ca4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Leader du march\u00e9 en Europe<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3951883 jltma-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3951883\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Depuis 2017, le groupe est \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sent en France, o\u00f9 il a significativement lanc\u00e9 ses activit\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Toujours en 2017, Safo a sign\u00e9 un accord de partenariat pour la gestion des contraventions avec un op\u00e9rateur du march\u00e9, actif en Espagne et au Portugal, afin de garantir \u00e0 ses clients, l\u2019extension de son offre \u00e0 la p\u00e9ninsule ib\u00e9rique.<\/p><p>En 2019, Safo Deutschland GmbH a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e pour assurer la pr\u00e9sence de Safo sur le march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en le plus important. La filiale allemande a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e sous la banni\u00e8re d\u2019un partenariat avec le groupe Kroschke, une entreprise leader en Europe pour les services automobiles.<\/p><p>La m\u00eame ann\u00e9e \u00e9galement, Kroschke Italia Srl, filiale du groupe Kroschke, a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e dans le but d\u2019apporter aux clients italiens le savoir-faire en mati\u00e8re de gestion num\u00e9rique des services automobiles d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 allemand.<\/p><p>Pendant la p\u00e9riode pand\u00e9mique, le march\u00e9 cible a subi une forte contraction entra\u00eenant une r\u00e9duction consid\u00e9rable du volume d\u2019affaires du groupe. Cependant, afin de supporter le poids de la crise \u00e9conomique et de pr\u00e9parer le d\u00e9veloppement de ce qui aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 la reprise post-pand\u00e9mique, Safo a mis en place deux actions importantes : acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l\u2019acquisition de nouveaux clients sur les march\u00e9s \u00e9trangers, afin de compenser la chute de volume\u00a0; et d\u2019initier l\u2019am\u00e9lioration et le d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux services \u00e9galement dans les op\u00e9rations de la flotte.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-df92a9d jltma-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"df92a9d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Vers le march\u00e9 mondial<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e97d6ab jltma-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e97d6ab\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa t\u00e9nacit\u00e9, le groupe conna\u00eet \u00e0 nouveau une phase de consolidation et de croissance rapide.<\/p><p>Son positionnement en France et en Allemagne a \u00e9t\u00e9 significativement consolid\u00e9.
